Late, No-Show and Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us 48 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you rebook or cancel before 24 hours, there will be a $30 fee that will apply.

If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you, and your appointment may be forfeited.

For cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows, this will count against our policy. We understand that things come up unexpectedly, so to be fair, we give you a total of 3 strikes! After 3 strikes, you will need to prepay for your future appointments.

Strike 1: Will advise you of the Late, No-Show & Cancellation Policy

Strike 2: You will be charged for 50% of your previously booked services upon your next appointment.

Strike 3: You will no longer be able to reserve time without paying for your services in advance.
